Tell us a bit about you:
I am Roxy and write as RK Phillips. I am a quirky, nerdy, math girl that finds inspiration in my dreams. During the day I use my left brain as an accountant, but by night, my right brain gets to rule. I enjoy writing, crafting, reading, movies, numbers, finding faces in everyday objects, and tigers.
Why mythical creatures?
Honestly, I saw the cover and fell in love with it. I saw a vision in my head and decided to give it a chance.
What inspired this story?
The cover for the anthology. Then the idea of having a duel storyline from two different authors was born and I asked a friend of mine if she wanted to embark on this journey with me. From there the original idea evolved into the story that I am creating.
What can we expect from this collection?
Several different types of mythical creatures and a lot of cold weather. A story about a girl who has gifts and learns how she can foster those traits into something wonderful. Oh and DRAGONS.
