Tell us a bit about you:
My name is Michele Lenard and I write steamy contemporary romance. My stories are typically based in Colorado since that’s where I live, and they blend sweet moments with spicy ones.
Why sports?
I grew up playing sports, my children play sports, and my husband and I are still pretty active fans and participants. I also like reading/writing about people caught up in the celebrity that comes with being a professional athlete.
What inspired this story?
The cover of the book inspired me. So often I feel like men are the “jocks” in the story, and I wanted a woman to be just as much of a jock as the men around her.
What can we expect from this collection?
So far this story is not tied to any of my other book series’ although I’ve left myself an opportunity to connect this to the Mile High Romance collection, which is about football players in Denver.
