While that may not mean much to you, it is a really big deal for me.
I get another year older in this human body of mine which already feels like it is aged beyond my current years.
This means my annual planning must commence. Where I take stock of what I did last year, what worked, what didn't, and I make my plans for the next 12 months. I prefer making my new year resolutions in September (my new year) rather than January.
September also marks the beginning of fall, my favorite season, and the last quarter of this physical year. This means apple cider, hot cocoa, and warm foods and drinks are on the way and I can't wait! While I am not a big fan of pumpkin in my drinks, I am ALL ABOUT IT in my pastry!
